We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions within a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in clerical or medical office settings. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, directing calls as needed
Manage appointment scheduling
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone
Experience working with Dental insurance and dental software.
Skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in an office setting
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
Prior administrative experience preferred; experience in medical or dental offices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
