Sacred Stone Spa is currently recruiting a Front Desk Representative. All candidates must have a passion for wellness, a positive team attitude and the desire to help and give back. The candidate for this position must possess great customer service skills, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a neat appearance. Reception experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic team-driven environment is a must.
Description of Duties:
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service to all guests Booking spa reservations and updating client information Responding to emails and phone calls Knowledge of all retail products Assisting with laundry services and cleanliness of spa
The training wage for the receptionist position is $20 per hour, plus tips and 5% commission on product sales. Performance evaluations will be conducted at which point a wage increase may be determined.
Staff housing may be available at affordable rates for the right candidate!
