We're currently seeking a

Front Desk Representative

to join our growing team. This full-time role is perfect for someone professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting both our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication:



Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally Greet walk-in customers and provide exceptional front-desk service Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and order status Direct calls and messages to appropriate team members

Inside Sales:



Process and close sales orders over the phone and via email Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing to customers Build and maintain relationships with existing customers Follow up on quotes and convert inquiries into sales Identify customer needs and suggest complementary products Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Administrative & Accounting Support:



Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation Assist with inventory tracking and order coordination Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with warehouse team Handle basic office administration tasks
Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills Proven customer service experience (1+ years preferred) Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor Comfortable with basic math and handling financial transactions Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software quickly Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Inside sales or telesales experience is an asset Experience in the signage, printing, or building materials industry is a bonus
