Small accounting firm looking for a receptionist/office manager to handle everyday duties of answering phones, greeting clients, keeping office/boardrooms/kitchen tidy, ordering office/kitchen supplies, managing office, etc. Candidates should have at least 1 years experience. Excel, Word a must, knowledge of accounting programs (QuickBooks, Simply) a bonus.
