Job Description

Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner Greet and assist clients, visitors, and coworkers in person or over the phone Schedule and book appointments for clients Provide customer support via phone and email Maintain calendars for the office and staff, including meeting and appointment scheduling Locate and edit documents according to company standards (training provided) Support daily office operations and ensure a tidy front desk area

Skills & Qualifications:



Previous administrative or front desk experience is an asset Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle pressure calmly Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable with scheduling and calendar management Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes Professional appearance and attitude
