We are hiring for our Toronto location.Currently hiring for weekends - Saturday's 8:30am-6pm, Sunday's 8:30am-5pm.Flexibility to cover weekday shifts as needed is an asset.Make sure this position matches your availability before applying for this job post. The ideal candidate must be available to start as soon as possible and is flexible for training as we are looking to make an immediate hire.You are being hired at the current minimum wage which is $15.00/hr. Reliability, maturity, and trustworthiness are key qualities.We are looking to fill a front desk position. You should be a strong and independent employee who is not intimidated by a fast-paced environment and frequent tasks. You should feel confident in multi-tasking, have a strong sales confidence, and feel adequate in a leadership role. You must not be overwhelmed and become stressed by work easily. We do hands-on training and expect you to begin completing tasks competently right away. The best-suited candidate for this role is one who thrives in all work environments, is excited to come into work every day, and has a positive, outgoing, and upbeat personality!Please answer the following questions:1. What sales experience do you have and are you confident making sales?2. Do you have a flexible schedule and are available for last-minute schedule changes?3. Are you going back to school any time in following 12 months?4. Do you have any experience using the Booker administrative system? This is a strong asset.Job Duties include but not limited to: -Key holding - opening and or closing the store.-Handling cash - doing bank runs when needed and deposits.-Customer service, booking appointments and checking clients in and out, responding to emails.-Maintaining the sanitization station,-Help with cleaning service rooms and tools when needed.-Inventory: weekly counting of products, loading and unloading products/boxes (lifting, bending, carrying). Keeping stock clean and organized.-Cleaning the store - dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, bathrooms, garbages.-Responding to calls/missed calls, using digital memo platform for communications, maintaining client and staff records with up to date information and notes.-Clocking staff in and out, reporting staff members to management for not following policy, handling confidential information in confidence.-Other tasks given by management when needed.*Duties are subject to change according to the business needs.Skills Needed:

  • Spa coordinator or Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
  • English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (required)
Expected start date: 2022-08-27
