SPORT+SPINAL Physical Therapy located in the heart of Yaletown in downtown Vancouver, is seeking

Casual Front Desk Support. We are seeking friendly, energetic and detail oriented individuals to join our dedicated team of professionals.

As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is a key part of building and maintaining the relationships with our clients, practitioners, and stakeholders. The Front Desk Administrative Team is responsible for maintaining all parts of the clinic efficiently and high standards of cleanliness.

Front Desk Support is essential to the clinic running smoothly by handling a high volume of client requests, phone calls, emails, and assisting our practitioners with a steady flow of appointments.

The role involves administrative duties while providing outstanding customer service to valued clientele.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:



Customer service and relationship building skills. High attention to details, organization & cleanliness. Problem solving & solution oriented attitude. Previous experience in a medical clinic, spa, hospitality role, or gym setting is considered an asset. Interest or experience in health & wellness. Strong computer skills with knowledge of online booking or scheduling software (Jane, Mindbody, Google Docs, Microsoft, Outlook). Payment processing, cash handling & end of day cash out experience. Ability to multi-task & troubleshoot multiple requests at the same time.

Daily Responsibilities:



Greeting clients, answering phones, maintaining voicemail & emails. Scheduling & changing client appointments using online booking software Jane App. Processing payments or refunds for client sessions, cancellations, and product sales. Cleaning of physiotherapy rooms between each client, at the beginning or end of day and as needed. Daily cleaning & basic maintenance of the clinic, including following all COVID-19 safety plans. Ordering & stocking clinic supplies or products as needed. Organizational & archival maintenance of client records. Processing requests for records for clients, insurers, law offices or other practitioners. Daily handling of cash & end of day cash out procedures. Additional tasks related to the everyday operation of the clinic on an as needed basis.

Availability & Hours:


Available shifts at this time are Monday - Friday. From 8am to 7:30pm. We are seeking individuals able to fill in as a casual/on call.

Wage:


Training & 60 day probationary period wage: $18.00
Post-probationary wage: $19.00
