Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing information about our services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide accurate information about our services and offerings. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
