Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage multi-line phone systems and schedule appointments efficiently.
Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
Support billing and bookkeeping processes when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.
Proven experience in office administration or reception, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and multi-line phone systems.
Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
