Gyro Auto Group is looking for a

Receptionist

to join our dynamic team. Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

The right candidate for this role will enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment. Previous automotive experience is an asset but not mandatory. Excellent communication, verbal and written is required for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

Welcoming and greet all guests in a polite and courteous manner, determine nature of visit, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department Answering Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary. Retrieve messages from voicemail and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets Input customer and vehicle data into various programs to ensure all sold vehicles have been stocked and delivered, inventory management Helping with month end duties with the sales department Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing Highly self-motivated and hard working Strives for harmony and teamwork within all departments Attention to detail
