I am ultimately responsible to the tenants. I work to defeat bureaucracy and ensure that no decision is made without asking the vital question... "What do the tenants say?" This is wise leadership because we are working in their home. A wise leader also utilizes the knowledge of the tenants and the onsite staff to help build a place where people want to live and work. The Welcome Centre Reception models person-directed care and takes an active role in building neighbourhoods and showing the greater community around us that life for the tenants in our building is a life worth living.
