Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and customer oriented individual to join our team as front desk/parts driver
this full time role combines front desk responsibilities with parts pick up duties, offering dynamic and engaging work environment
Responsibilities :
G
reet and assist customers in person and over the phonetake customer information and accurately create work orders
handle inquiries schedule appointments and manage service request
process transactions and maintain accurate records
Parts driver duties
pick up parts from suppliers and deliver to shop
load and unload parts, ensuring accuracy and care
communicate effectively with team members and supplier
Qualifications
valid drivers license with clean record
ability to lift up to 60 lbs
basic computer skills, experience with inventory or work order system is a plus
knowledge of heavy trucks and trailer mechanic components
