Job description Beauty Works Spa is Hiring a Lead Receptionist! Do you have experience in customer service, hospitality or retail, but aren\xe2\x80\x99t sure what to do next? Roles & Responsibilities:

• Booking appointments: both online and over the phone and responding to inquiries about the spa, calling clients to inform them about current specials
• Our Receptionists do some clerical work such as filing and data entry, but that\'s not all you do!
• The Receptionists spend plenty of time interacting with guests and staff, doing things like giving spa tours and answering guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions.
• Our Receptionists are often the first person our guests interact with at the spa, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for giving them a positive first impression that is memorable for all the right reasons.
• Tuesdays to Saturdays and evenings
• Requires above average typing skills and experience in managing a multi-line phone system
• Social media experience for business is required.
• You will be proficient in inventory control, retail display management, guest follow-up and other spa chores (laundry, set up etc.)

Qualifications:

• Two years experience working in customer service
• Excellent command of the English language, are a great communicator, can demonstrate efficient multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment, and that you be professional and friendly.
• Organized and efficient in managing the tasks of a receptionist,
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing programs (like Excel and Word), and experience with appointment-booking programs.

Job Types: Permanent 35-40 hours per week Salary: From $20.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations:
