Job Summary:


Elevate Spin is seeking dedicated and proactive Front Desk Key Leader to support our team in delivering an exceptional rider experience. The Front Desk Key Leader will play a key role in daily operations, staff and volunteer coordination, and community engagement. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for both fitness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Operations & Studio Management



Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and a seamless rider experience. Supervise front desk activities, including rider check-ins, class transitions, and issue resolution. Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and fully operational, including handling cleaning schedules, stock replenishment, and resolving maintenance issues such as broken bikes. Manage merchandise and supply inventory, including purchasing and tracking. Work directly with the Owner to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.

Energy Exchange Program (Volunteers)



Assist with scheduling and managing the Energy Exchange volunteer program. Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training of new volunteers. Provide leadership and accountability, ensuring volunteers deliver professional customer service and follow studio standards.

Staff Support & Development



Support in training and development of staff and instructors. Provide constructive feedback and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Help foster a collaborative, positive work environment.

Customer Service, Sales & Community Engagement



Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing rider questions, concerns, and feedback promptly. Take initiative in sales, including promoting memberships, class packs, and studio merchandise. Assist with organizing community events, private rides, and in-studio promotions. Lead and coordinate studio challenges (e.g., milestone boards, contests, seasonal programs) to increase engagement and participation. Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the rider experience and strengthen studio culture.

Marketing & Communications



Support the creation and scheduling of social media posts and campaigns. Assist with implementing marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement. Coordinate with riders and community partners for promotional opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others. Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person
