What You'll Do

Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
Help clients choose services, prepare quotes, and book stays
Handle calls, emails, SMS, and social media inquiries efficiently
Confirm bookings and keep clients updated throughout their pets' stay
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and client file updates
Offer tours to potential clients and make excellent first impressions
Post daily photos and videos of pets online
Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile

Reliable, punctual, and professional
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Detail orientated- comfortable working with
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has pet care experience (dogs and cats)
Calm under pressure and confident handling challenges
Customer service or sales experience required
Strong tech and communication skills
Willing to obtain Pet and Human First Aid & CPR certification
Loves animals and treats every pet as their own
