Part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Front desk

Reporting to: Front Desk Manager /Spa Manager

Please join us for this exciting new venture.... We are moving Blitz Facial Bar to our Body Blitz East location. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering exceptional service. In this hybrid role, you will support both Body Blitz and Blitz Facial Bar clients, ensuring their exceptional experience.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative possesses a warm and friendly personality who is client-focused, organized, and attentive to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Front desk duties that include checking clients in and out, booking appointments, and answering phones. Generally, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and guest satisfaction. Manage retail and professional inventory Adhere to Blitz Facial Bar policies and procedures and maintain a healthy team environment. Ensure team members complete all client forms and client correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Research and promptly resolve client concerns with the guidance of the Front Desk Manager Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful work environment. Coordinate facility maintenance as necessary.
Perform opening & closing duties as assigned

Prepare and deliver client drinks from the Body Blitz Juice Bar

Collect payment for all services, products, and juice bar sales

Have thorough knowledge of Skin Care products, services, and promotions

Seize every opportunity to provide consultation and product recommendations to clients

Maintain cleanliness of reception, retail, seating area, and Juice Bar

Skills required:

Professional, Positive, and engaging demeanor

Strong organizational and communication skills

Possesses good computer skills - Word/Excel (experience using Spa software a plus)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated team player

Requirements:

Availability to work some evenings/weekend shifts
