Responsibilities
:
As part of our front desk team, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers with a smile, assisting customers with appointment scheduling, directing requests appropriately, providing accurate information, assisting with appointment payments, as well as several administrative tasks, special projects and events.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The applicant must have the following qualifications:
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Problem solving skills to react quickly, problem solve efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
Ability to maintain first-class operational standards at all times
Strong Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in a spa or medical environment is considered an asset
Must have a very positive and action-oriented attitude
Must be available Saturdays & evening shifts may be required
