The Role: Clinic Receptionist & Admin Support
As one of our
wellness coordinators
, you'll be the warm and professional face of the clinic, helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Your day-to-day might include:
Welcoming clients and helping them feel at home
Scheduling appointments using
JaneApp
Issuing invoices and processing payments (POS system)
Managing insurance billing and clinic emails
Promoting new services, therapists, or wellness products
Light housekeeping this includes washing and stowing linens
Supporting therapists and other admins as needed
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
Has
MOA certification
or
1+ year of admin/reception experience
Has some experience with
JaneApp
Knows their way around
Excel and Word
(intermediate level)
Is comfortable using
point-of-sale (POS) systems
Is highly organized, proactive, and pays attention to the little things
Connects well with people from all walks of life
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is honest, reliable, and takes initiative
Has a genuine interest in the
health and wellness field
Can work a
flexible schedule
, including
evenings and some weekends
Is cool with attending a
monthly Sunday morning team meeting
Schedule
Reception shifts are typically
6 hours long
(minimum 4 hours), and we're currently looking for someone who can work:
Monday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
extra shifts depending on availability
