What you'll do:
Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly
Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules
Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new & used)
Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences
Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence
What you bring:
2-3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)
A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills - CDK, Deskit & Excel are a bonus
