Front Desk Client Support Worker

Greater Sudbury, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

12 month contract (leave coverage) / 32.5 hours per week / Mon-Fri

Duties:

- Front desk client support

- Answer telephone calls and greet service users in office, direct to appropriate staff

- Assist with clothing, necessities and food support

- Admin support as needed

Qualifications:

Office Administration Diploma, Social Service Worker Diploma or related education or relevant years of experience (1 years)

Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingualism considered an asset (French/English)

Community relations, customer service and collaborative skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

CPIC -Vulnerable Sector Check

CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Prevention

CPR and First Aid

Suicide Intervention training

Experience with scheduling

Knowledge of issues relating to criminalized individuals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.68 per hour
