Duties include, but are not limited to, checking in / checking out guests, balancing cash and end of shift reports, processing reservations and handling all guest inquires.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will require a sound knowledge of computers, preferably in a hotel setting. Personal skills such as keyboarding, telephone / switchboard use and a general positive disposition are essential. The successful candidate must be able to respond well under pressure. Prior experience in a hotel environment as it pertains to Front Desk duties would be a definite asset.
