We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent and Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions,bartending, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of food service and hospitality standards. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred, along with a background in the food industry.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures when applicable
Assist guests with serving requests or inquiries related to food service areas
Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during any food handling activities
Manage phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly to ensure high-quality customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and related spaces
Support other team members in delivering excellent hospitality experiences
Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and procedures
Experience
Previous experience in food and hotel industry settings is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering platforms
Strong background in customer service, hospitality, or food service roles
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to serve guests courteously while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
