a) Greet clients immediately when they enter the door. Treat all clients with dignity and respect.
b) Have Client fill out forms as necessary. Listen to client's requests and concerns and direct accordingly.
c) Enter client into CIS system scheduler and run AFR. Notify tax associates when clients arrive.
d) Answer telephone and make appointments, transfer calls, or take messages.
e) Filing clients file ASAP. Follow dress code.
f) Promotes, supports, and ensures that all services and programs are offered to clients in accordance with company policies, procedures, and established targets.
g) Assigns or reassigns work to office staff, monitors the weekly and daily work schedules.
h) Receives and secures cash, debit/credit card receipts, and balances the cash as part of the mid-day or end-of-day closing procedures. Records all transactions in the CIS computer and completes bank deposits.
i) Follows standard operating procedures for office opening and closing requirements, security, supply ordering, file maintenance, and office appearance and cleanliness. Follows-up to ensure compliance.
j) Keep waiting room and reception desk neat, orderly, and clear of clutter. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workplace if needed.
k) Keep all client's files and information confidential and out of sight of other clients.
l) Follow all updated COVID-19 guidelines. Sanatize hands often and keep sanatize reception and waiting area.
m) Other duties as assigned.
