We're looking for polished, personable, and proactive
Front Desk Associates
to be the first impression for every member and guest who walks through our doors.
Role Overview
As a Front Desk Associate at VimaLife, you are the heartbeat of the member experience -- from warm welcomes to seamless support. You'll create a concierge-level environment where clients feel known, supported, and inspired every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attentiveness
Manage check-ins, bookings, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions
Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with clarity and care
Support daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is spotless and inviting
Assist with new member onboarding and studio tours
Coordinate with trainers, managers, and cleaning staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services, offerings, promotions, and studio policies
Help uphold the premium aesthetic and culture of the brand
Conduct opening, mid-shift, and/or closing walk-throughs of the entire club, ensuring facility is well-ordered, stocked and maintained
Handle client feedback or issues with poise and escalate when needed
Represent Vimalife at community and social events
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in front-of-house, hospitality, customer service, or retail (luxury or wellness industry experience is a plus)
Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
A polished, warm, and engaging demeanor
Passion for health, fitness, and providing world-class service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling, CRM, or POS systems
Punctual, reliable, and solutions-oriented

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
