Front Desk Associate - Reception and Concierge Services for a Private membership association (University Club of Toronto)
Part-Time position available.
Excellent Written and spoken English language, a welcoming attitude within a gracious environment.
Able to assist members and guests respectfully and responsibly in providing services varying from overnight accommodations, sports and dining.
Detail oriented to handle guest charges, bookings and check outs.
Ability to follow policies and procedures and work with other staff while being able to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and learning specific software for the association.
The organisation is open 24 hours a day, so shifts may vary as needed. A regular shift is 8 hours.
Previous hospitality experience required in an English language setting.
Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
