Quality Inn & Suites looking for a front desk associate part of the guest services team.

? Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills.
? Able to work various shifts as assigned including nights.
? Ultimately responsible for seeing each guest has a comfortable stay
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, speaking English is important.
Check guests in, provide the necessary information
Take room reservations, make or cancel reservations over the phone, email or in person
Ensure all guest are happy answer guest inquiries and resolve any guest issues in a timely fashion and ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest departures according to the hotel standard, process payment
Answer hotel phone greet the caller and transfer calls.
Handle guest wake up calls
Other duties as assigned
Additional Skills,
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Previous hotel front desk experience but not necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.16 per hour
