Role Overview



We're looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and passionate about wellness. You'll be the first point of contact for our community, responsible for creating a memorable client experience, supporting studio operations, and embodying the values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Assist with class bookings, membership inquiries, and retail sales Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and studio environment Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and via email/phone Support teachers and staff with smooth class transitions Light cleaning and studio upkeep to ensure a luxury feel at all times

Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/payment systems (Mindbody experience a plus) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and passionate about health + wellness
must be available evenings and weekends*

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
