FS8 Front Desk Associate -



We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our FS8 studio team. This role is key in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all members. The Front Desk Associate will assist the studio team with membership conversations, first time class-takers, lead engagement, and general studio duties assigned by the Studio Manager. As the first and last point of contact for members, the Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

As the first point of contact at FS8, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy studio experience for every client. This is a role that requires early mornings, evenings, and weekend work. Responsibilities include:

Client Experience



Greet all clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude Check clients in for classes using the studio's booking system Answer client questions about schedules, services, pricing, and studio policies Provide studio tours to new or potential members Ensure a clean, calm, and inviting front-of-house environment

Sales & Membership Support



Promote FS8 class packs, memberships, and intro offers Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions Track and follow up on leads and trial clients Assist with client onboarding and waivers Support monthly sales goals and upselling initiatives

Studio Operations



Open and close the studio as scheduled Maintain studio cleanliness, including tidying the lobby, restocking amenities, and occasional light cleaning tasks Report facility or equipment issues to management promptly Support instructors with class transitions and set-up as needed

Communication & Teamwork



Maintain clear communication with the Studio Manager and Instructor team Monitor client feedback and relay insights to improve the studio experience Help with studio events, promotions, and social content support when required Uphold FS8 brand standards, policies, and values at all times Any other duties as assigned

Requirements



Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week Excellent customer service skills Professional and effective communication skills In-depth understanding of the benefits of Pilates, Tone and Yoga. Passion for learning and attending continued education training Punctual and Reliable
