Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to ensure a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records during night audits. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guests' stays.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
