Job Description
We are looking for FUN, enthusiastic people to join our team at Motel 6 on the west side of the city. The shifts include days (7am-3pm) & evening shifts (3pm-11pm).
MUST have own transportation. No public transportation available.
Duties include:
Creating positive guest experiences while maintaining a high level of customer service. Smile and greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner during check in/out process and handle questions regarding the property. Responsible for end of shift paperwork and balancing. Answer telephone calls and take reservations. Assist guests with any requests. Handle credit card and cash transactions with accuracy. Must have attention to detail. Computer savvy and understanding of basic accounting an asset.
Must be willing to learn in a team environment and have fun!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.25 per hour

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Class 5 Licence (required)
