We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about the hotel services. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Familiarity with Opera Cloud software and multi-line phone systems is an advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services are crucial for success in this role.
