Riviera Motor Inn is currently looking for a Front Desk Agent who is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our guests! We are looking to hire a dynamic, hard-working individual who is motivated to grow with the company. The role is diverse as you will check in/out guests with utmost efficiency, accurate posting of accounts, soliciting guest feedback, reservations, etc.

Please note:

Shifts available:

8 am-4 pm (possible until 2 pm) and 4 pm-10 pm, and occasional night shift from 10 pm-8 am. We're flexible and willing to work around your schedule whenever possible.

Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests. Check guests in and out of rooms; ensure that all guest information is accurate and up to date ensuring standards are maintained throughout arrival and departure process Professional communication with all departments Receive methods of payments and posting accurately to proper accounts Ensuring shift check lists are complete Answer the phone, take room reservations, and ensure that guests requests are met Provide value added service to Guests by meeting and anticipating needs and expectations Resolves guest's concerns in a thoughtful manner while maintaining hotel standards Confident and knowledgeable about the city and events in order to assist guests with inquiries

Qualifications:

Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication & organizational skills Comfortable with computer programs and software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to problem solve Professionalism
Full-time opportunities available; however, to achieve that, you must have open availability with adaptability of working various shifts (mornings, mid shift, evenings, weekends and some night shifts as necessary).

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and auditing tasks during the night shift, as well as providing outstanding guest service to our guests.
