REQUIREMENTS Must be fluent in French and English The main functions are: Keep available room records, reservations and occupied rooms. Shift available on daytime, evening time or at night. On weekday or weekend. Doing the check in & the checkout of the customers, knowledge of the Visual Matrix software is an asset. Making reservations by phone, internet or on-site, Offering the best customer service with a bright smile, responding to constant requests and very well inform customers to the best of our knowledge. Listening, responding and resolving customer complaints, knowing how to communicate the information about the Brand on the topics of promotions and benefit from it. Knowing how to use Moneris, compiling and verifying daily records, customer accounts, cash reports and ID by using manual or computerized systems, other related tasks. Taking further training on BWU in order to acquire the most information\xe2\x80\x99s and becoming a perfectionist in hospitality Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
