Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele and enhance guest experience.

Duties



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and issues are resolved quickly Uphold professional phone etiquette and uphold the hotel's hospitality standards at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and managing guest accounts

Qualifications



Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in hotel environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities is a plus Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality industry standards Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the hotel brand

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
