We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and keeping a tidy and organized space while checking in guests at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary
- Utilize computerized systems to manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide support to customers with inquiries or issues
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
