The Hotel Arts Group is currently seeking energetic and passionate guest service professionals to join our Front Office Team at Hotel Arts Kensington!

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Wage: Starting from $19.00/hour

Members of our Front Office Team can look forward to performing the following tasks:

• Attend to all concerns of the guest proactively and professionally.
• Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with a consistent positive attitude.
• Review all guest reservations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure rates and account folios are set up and managed correctly.
• Communicate key information to appropriate departments and colleagues.
• Ensure special requests by guests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and balance a cash float during each shift.
• Provide services to guests including check in/out, telephone inquiries, luggage, handling, and taking reservations.
• Provide guests with the information they require. Answer questions pertaining to events/activities and provide directions regarding their destination.
• Perform other assigned comparable or transient duties that are within the domain of knowledge and skills required by the position description.

Job Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about guest service
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preference to those with availability for rotational shifts.
• Criminal background check may be required.
