We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle transactions and billing with accuracy and discretion.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality.
Complete but not limited to assigned tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Clean assigned rooms and public spaces, including dusting, making beds, replacing linens, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, and replenishing rooms with supplies.
Support cleaning staff to finish delayed tasks including folding linens/supplies and washing/drying tasks.
Cleaning up parking lots and motel hallways by removing litter and trash
Qualifications
Previous hospitality or customer service background preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Must be available for all scheduled shifts and training sessions
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
