First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, you will be

the first point of contact for our guests. From check-in to check-out, you will ensure every interaction is

welcoming, professional, and personalized--MAKING SPECIAL HAPPEN for every guest.

What you will be doing:

Warmly welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding service throughout their
stay
Handle all aspects of the check-in and check-out process efficiently and according to established
standards
Process guest payments and settle accounts accurately Enter and coordinate in-room dining orders when required, as well as take and enter restaurant in-room dining orders Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proactively promote hotel services and amenities, looking for opportunities to enhance each guest's stay through upselling and thoughtful recommendations Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential; previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is required and previous experience working at the Front Desk is preferred Computer literate with strong abilities in Microsoft Office is required and prior experience working with a property management system, Lightspeed or a related system, is an asset Fluency in English with both verbal and written communication; additional languages are a plus Ability to work a variety of shifts and days of the week, including holidays and overnights
