What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face that welcomes and assists guests during check-in/check-out.
Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
Provide top-notch customer service by anticipating guest needs and solving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
Handle payments and complete basic administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written) - a must!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work various shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is an asset, but we'll train the right candidate!
