is currently seeking a Part Time/Full Time Administrator to join our team!
HOURS OF WORK: Clinic hours are currently Monday to Friday 8.30 am-4:30 pm excluding Statutory Holidays. We are looking for an Admin Mon - Thursday 8:30 - 4 pm
LOCATION:
Grand Forks, BC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Administrator at our clinics, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to:
Checking patients in at the front desk
Answering routine inquiries via telephone and email
Scheduling and managing appointments
Billing and accepting payment for services
Processing insurance payments
Maintaining patient charts and filing systems
Operating computer software and office equipment
Monitoring and ordering supplies
General cleaning duties
and most of all, optimizing our patient experiences
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Social Media and Marketing experience
Strong computer literacy
The ability to learn new software applications (experience with JANE software would be an asset)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
The ability to work well both independently and in cooperation with others
Customer service experience
Experience with working with and as a team member
Creativity and initiative

The Osoyoos & South Okanagan Physiotherapy and Active Wellness Centre has three clinics in Osoyoos, Oliver, and Grand Forks. Our multidisciplinary team of experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists are passionate about client-centered care. We pride ourselves in developing personalized treatment plans aimed to improve quality of life and empower clients to better manage their health. As one of our Patient Experience Coordinators, you will play a significant and valued role to our team and patients journey.
