SOS Graphics is looking to expand its team!
Front Counter Sales Position Available Immediatly
Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paces environment, meeting tight deadlines daily. High attention to detail is a must!
A good working knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is an asset but not required.
Duties will include:
- Interacting with customers in person as well as via phone and email.
- Taking orders and estimating jobs.
- Following jobs from beginning to completion, with a high attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Daily cash outs and invoice reconciliation.
