Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Counter Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. You are responsble for pacing the orders, managing DoorDash/Skip Orders, and greeting walk ins. Excellent customer service skills will be prioritized, as we are fast paced, locally owned, and proud of our reputation.

We are seeking someone who is ready to work hard, support and be part of an awesome team, and work with us throughout the summer.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders. Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale system. Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, bathroom and dining space. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Demonstration of excellent phone skills

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred, particularly in the restaurant or food industry. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
