Duties
Greet customers warmly, manage check-ins, and assist with bookings.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, following proper procedures.
Provide information on services, promotions, and membership options to enhance customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, lounge, and golf bays.
Assist with basic equipment setup and ensure all gear is in good condition.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including
Smart Choices certification
guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
Requirements & Skills
Must be
18+ years old
(due to serving alcohol).
Must have
Smart Choices certification
(or willingness to obtain it).
Availability to work
evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, late shifts (until 12:30 AM), and early mornings (from 7:00 AM)
.
Reliable access to a vehicle due to late-night and early-morning shifts.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports facilities is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of golf (or a willingness to learn) is a plus.
Proactive attitude with the ability to upsell services and memberships.
