Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position requires good customer service and multi-task.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including tables and floor, window cleaning, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs. Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Assist in organizing spaces to enhance functionality and appearance. Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering the phones and addressing inquiries and concerns from clients or staff as needed.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently within tight schedules. Organizational skills to maintain orderliness in cleaning routines and storage of supplies. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions if required in certain environments. Customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs and satisfaction. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communication with a diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems may be beneficial for roles involving cash handling or sales support. Ability to upsell services or products when applicable during interactions with clients. Pay: $15.00-$25.85 per hour
