Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and promote items to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls and providing information about products or services. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English, to better serve our diverse clientele. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for engaging with customers effectively. Must have valid Serving It Right Previous Barista experience is preferred but will be trained
