Trane Technologie embauche des Frigoristes pour se joindre \xc3\xa0 notre \xc3\xa9quipe. Dans ce r\xc3\xb4le, tu seras responsable de la mise en service, du diagnostic et de la r\xc3\xa9paration des syst\xc3\xa8mes de climatisation et/ou de refroidisseurs.

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S :

• Responsable du service des \xc3\xa9quipements des projets qui lui sont assign\xc3\xa9s et de la satisfaction du client.
• Utilise des outils manuels et interpr\xc3\xa8te des dessins, plans et sp\xc3\xa9cifications pour poser des diagnostiques et effectuer des r\xc3\xa9parations.
• Analyse, diagnostique et r\xc3\xa9pare les syst\xc3\xa8mes et \xc3\xa9quipements des clients.
• Effectue de la maintenance pr\xc3\xa9ventive, la reconnaissance des lieux de travail, des remplacements et modifications selon les besoins ou requ\xc3\xaates des clients.
• Avant les travaux et r\xc3\xa9parations au chantier, examine la disposition des b\xc3\xa2timents, anticipe les difficult\xc3\xa9s, recueille le mat\xc3\xa9riel n\xc3\xa9cessaire et coordonne le travail selon les besoins.
• Repr\xc3\xa9sente l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise en servant de contact direct avec les clients.
• Donne de la formation chez les clients.
• Donne des pistes de ventes aux charg\xc3\xa9s de projets.
• Identifie les pi\xc3\xa8ces \xc3\xa0 commander pour effectuer les travaux et le moment auquel passer les commandes.
• Note le mat\xc3\xa9riel, les pi\xc3\xa8ces, le travail et tous co\xc3\xbbts li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 chaque t\xc3\xa2che et retourne les ressources non utilis\xc3\xa9es.
• Fournit des documents et rapports dans les d\xc3\xa9lais prescrits.
• Tient \xc3\xa0 jour ses connaissances en mati\xc3\xa8re d\xe2\x80\x99installation, maintenance, op\xc3\xa9ration, service et r\xc3\xa9paration de produits Trane.
• Lit et interpr\xc3\xa8te des sp\xc3\xa9cifications, dessins et designs de produits et b\xc3\xa2timents.
• Fournit un support technique aux clients.
• Occasionnellement aura a supervis\xc3\xa9 des apprenti-techniciens.
• Est occasionnellement appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer des voyages avec s\xc3\xa9jour d\xe2\x80\x99une ou plusieurs nuit(s).
• Doit \xc3\xaatre disponible pour faire des heures suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires et/ou travailler durant les week-ends au besoin.
• D\xe2\x80\x99autres fonctions peuvent \xc3\xaatre attribu\xc3\xa9es.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes techniques ou professionnelles avec un certificat en r\xc3\xa9frig\xc3\xa9ration
• 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste similaire, ou toute combinaison travail et \xc3\xa9ducation \xc3\xa9quivalente.
• Habilit\xc3\xa9 de communication
• Aptitude math\xc3\xa9matique
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 de raisonnement
• Permis de conduire, certification halocarbures, et licence de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence (Frigoriste CCQ, installateur d\xe2\x80\x99appareils \xc3\xa0 gaz, etc.)

EFFORTS PHYSIQUES

Job Summary:

This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. In order to perform your task you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. This position affords you the opportunity to work with internal and external partners ranging from new facility set ups to existing facility retro fits. • Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
• Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer\xe2\x80\x99s location.
• Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
• Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC. Technical School or formal training is preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
• Must possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:

• DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

• EPA Certification

Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure:

• Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
• Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties
• Must be able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction
• Must be able to squat and touch the floor with both hands
• Must be able to reach your hands over your head
• Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours
• This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing ladders. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder with a 350 lb. total weight limit, while carrying equipment of 50 lbs. or less
• Must be able to maneuver confined access areas, as small as 30\xe2\x80\x9d vertical x 45\xe2\x80\x9d horizontal
• Must be able to comfortably and routinely access rooftops with extension and/or fixed ladders at heights of 15\xe2\x80\x99 to 20\xe2\x80\x99, and occasionally, up to 50 feet +
• This role may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, risk of electrical shock, noisy operating equipment and other variable environmental conditions based on location
