Freshwater Motor-Plex - Parts and Service Associate
Freshwater Motor-Plex has an immediate full-time opening for a customer service/front counter position in our Parts and Service department. Located in St. John\xe2\x80\x99s, we are a retailer that specializes in new and used Polaris and Suzuki recreational vehicles. We also provide parts and service, as well as a large selection of accessories and apparel.
Successful candidate would possess:
- Good oral communication skills
- General computer knowledge
- Both a courteous and professional demeanor
- The ability to work in a fast\xe2\x80\x93paced environment
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Greeting customers at counter
- Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
- Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience.
- Answer customer questions promptly and positively.
- Keep customers updated on any changes that occur.
- Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs.
- Review finished work order with the valued customer.
- Searching and picking parts as requested by customers.
- Ordering parts as needed
- Issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use
- Receiving, unpacking and sorting incoming parts orders
- Handling cash transactions
- Other duties deemed appropriate for such position.
Training to be provided \xe2\x80\x93 Prior experience would be an asset but not a requirement.
