Responsibilities
Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among students.
Deliver tailored lessons that address diverse learning styles, including special education needs and early intervention strategies.
Support toddlers and preschool-aged children with age-appropriate care routines, including potty training, meal times, and rest periods.
Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating environment conducive to learning.
Monitor student progress through assessments and standardized testing; adapt teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote child welfare, developmental milestones, and educational success.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices.
Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, tutoring, and teaching physical education within early learning environments.
Experience with special education practices, early intervention programs, literacy education, and Montessori methodologies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to implement standardized testing procedures and adapt instruction based on assessment outcomes.
Prior classroom experience in preschool or daycare settings; Montessori or private school experience is a plus.
