Job Description


We are looking for a Contract Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for performing routine duties, communicating with our clients, and maintaining inventory and supply needs for our department. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the contracting industry and is familiar with company policies, procedures and techniques. Responsibilities:

  • Help and assist contractor in establishing new routes and/or contracts.
  • Maintain contact with contractor.
  • Prepare proposals for new and/or revised routes and contracts.
  • Prepare documentation for rate structures, contracts, legal documentation and other related materials.
  • Make recommendations for changes to routes and contract in consideration of market conditions.
  • Complete accounting entries.
  • Review billing records and accounts receivable reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
