Our valued client is a leader in the Machinery manufacturing industry; they are looking to hire a Bilingual (French & English) HR coordinator in their HR dept. This is a full-time hybrid position with competitive salary. The ideal candidate would be a kind but firm trustworthy individual and posses great communication skills in French & English. APPLY NOW!

:

- Follow recruitment strategy, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conduct and or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Manage new hire orientation and employee onboarding programs.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs around benefits, leaves and more

Qualifications:

- Must speak, read, and write perfect French and English
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
- 2+ years HR experience. Manufacturing industry experience or something similar is a must.
- In depth knowledge of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices.
- SHRM-CP , SHRM-SCP , PHR and/or SPHR certifications are a plus.
